Congratulations to season 29 winner Alexia Jay, and finalists Liv Ciara, Lucas West and Mikenley Brown!

It was my pleasure working with Lucas from the beginning of the season’s Blind Auditions. Whether he was singing Elton John, Foreigner or his Coach John Legend’s song, he always paid great respect to the original artist. I just loved working with him to infuse his own originality, musicality and style into other artists’ material, and he did it with instinctively good taste.
